Courteous & Humble Cleaning has its origins in our Christian family values where we make priority outstanding service at a reasonable price. This approach has resulted in satisfied & repeat customers spanning over 21 years!
Our family moved from California to Utah in 1993 and not long after, we took our love of cleaning and started our first business – a franchise cleaning service. While continuing down the path of franchise, I enrolled in the U.S. Air Force. While in bootcamp, with my family assisting in business operations, we unfortunately encountered the ugliness of big-business antics and in 1999 decided we needed to start our own independent operation so we could provide customers exactly what they deserve without answering to a large corporation.
ASAP Quality Cleaning was born! We could finally operate with the integrity and customer-focused ethic we had wanted all along. In 2001 we changed the name to Courteous & Humble Enterprises, LLC while also starting two other business ventures: Cutting Edge Care (lawn care & snow removal) and Viper Airsoft (Airsoft guns & supplies). Although we loved our customer base with the two, it was ultimately decided to focus solely on Courteous & Humble Cleaning so we could give it our undivided attention.
We continue to this day to make C&H our primary focus and keep it a family-run operation, including many family members and friends contributing to our industry leading service.
Our staff is subject to background checks & drug testing so you can rest assured only trustworthy individuals will be on your premises. Courteous & Humble Cleaning is also licensed, insured, and bonded with Worker’s Compensation coverage!
